Terms of Service

1. The service

Tapiros Music (www.tapiros.com) provides a catalogue of instrumental recordings and sells yearly commercial background-music licenses ("Memberships") to businesses.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the License Terms.

3. Memberships and payment

Memberships are sold per plan for a fixed number of locations and run for one year from activation. Payment is processed by our payment providers (PayPal or Paddle). We never store card details. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price you paid applies for your term.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. See the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not share account access, redistribute downloaded files, or use recordings outside the scope of the License Terms.

6. Changes and termination

We may update the catalogue, including removing recordings bought out by other clients, as described in the License Terms. We may update these Terms with notice on this page.
