Refund Policy

Tapiros Music sells commercial background-music licenses for digital content. Because the licensed music can be downloaded and copied during the term, all sales are final. We provide 30-second previews for everyone so you can evaluate the music before you buy. After purchase we do not offer refunds, partial refunds or credits for any reason, including unused time, change of business, or closure of locations. If you believe you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge), contact hello@tapiros.com within 14 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors.
